Plant origin and distribution
Pine tree belongs to Pinaceae family. Pine bark extract originates from masson pine (Pinus massoniana Lamb.)
or the same plant. It contains a lot of substance known as OPCs (proanthocyanidins oligomer) compounds.
Pine trees in China are rich in resources, and are distributed from south to north.
